News Update For 2012

In 2012 alone the success Escapade offspring have had is Encredible!

 

Estella by Escapade was the Premium Filly at her OLD inspection.

 

Eye Candy is the highest scoring mare in the country for OLD registries 2012 . She was also the highest scoring mare for the RPSI in 2011.

 

Ed Venture was 2nd at Devon in the yearling class.  He is currently in the top 10 standings in the country.

 

Envision has been Champion or Reserve in the 2 yo classes all year long.  Including ribbons at Devon, Upperville, and Warrenton Horse Show.  He is also in the top ten.

 

Elle was the Reserve Champion and WINNER of the O/F at the International Hunter Futurity 2012.

In 2011 Over The Moon by Escapade was also the WINNER and Champion.

 

Espri De Lys winner at the Young Horse Show 2012.  Qualified for the finals in Wellington in December.

Etolie De Leen also a winner at the YHS 2012 and Qualified.

Success at YHS September 2012 for Etolie De Leen and Espri De Lys

       

 

Wow! How time flies.. It feels like just yesterday Etoile De Leen was a young filly getting into so much trouble around the farm with her brother Espri De Lys.  I knew from the first time I laid eyes on this filly she was going to be special.  Etoile just had this presence about herself that left you amazed and in my case a little jealous of good friend Jessica LeMonte who owns this spectacular filly.  At just two months old Etoile would jump back and forth over the barriers that separated the parking area and the barn.  Up the hill she went galloping putting on a performance showing us how proud of herself she was. 

Above is Etolie the past weekend at the Young Horse Show Series in Ocala, Fl once again showing us how spectacular she is.

Escudo featured in Chronicle Of The Horse Stallion Issue

Escapade is a 2001, 16.2 1/2hh, Elite Hanoverian stallion imported to the United States from the renowned Ludwig Decker farm in Germany. The famous Hanoverian sire Grannus - one of Escapades ancestors, was born on the very same farm. We selected Escapade because of his flawless conformation and outstanding movement. Following the family legacy, Escapade’s power, grace and sincere temperament are now being passed on to his offspring. Escapade’s amazing athletic ability and outstanding work ethic is also very potent in his foals.

At the early age of three, mare owners could already see the value of Escapade’s proven bloodlines and perfect conformation, and his first foal crop was born in 2005.



Escapade bred 35 mares in 2006 and we are excited to see these offspring develop into top Hunter competitors. Many of his foals are already dominating the Hunter Breeding divisions in nation-wide competition with unprecedented scores and remarks from the judges.

Escapade began his training and show career under the guidance of Scott Hoffstetter and Tommy Serio. Due to a highly demanding breeding schedule Escapade’s show experience had been limited. However, in his short career, this young stallion has already earned numerous championships at several of the nation’s most prestigious shows, including his most recent win in the Low Hunter division with Tommy Serio at Wellington out of more than 20 in the class.



Escapade received the coveted Gold Medal at the American Warmblood Society Inspection with a Supreme Elite score of 84%. He is also licensed with the Rhineland-Pfalz-Saar International for Stallion Book II and Nominated for the International Jumper Futurity and International Hunter Futurity. Escapade is also now approved Oldenburg ISR/NA.



Escapade is currently standing to the discerning Hunter breeder for a fee of $1250 which includes the booking fee and a live foal guarantee. For a limited time Barrington Hill Farm is offering an Economy Buster special on Escapade's stud fee. To help our fellow Hunter breeders Escapade's fee will be $700.
